Melting Tanks
Introduction
TS series range melting tanks are designed to melt large quantities of chocolate which will be later used to feed tempering or coating machines.
A stirrer inside the tank keeps the chocolate fluid and even.
In order to keep the chocolate organoleptical characteristics unaltered, heating is achieved by bain-marie, controlled by a thermo-regulator.
The tanks can be equipped with a system for transferring the chocolate to the machines that need to be filled, through heated double-chamber pipes.
